Hi,
I am in need of a stated mortgage or a year taxes. I completed my doc studies 09/2008 and so 2008 shows very little income, but 2009 is very good. Any help with finding a lender in Michigan?? Credit score 706, current 2009 income over 10k, 2000 in monthly debt (student loan/auto) self employed private practice same field 14 years, 15k down.
